Think you might need a new boiler?
It might not be that drastic - you might just need a new pump! Sometimes strange noises can happen, for example trapped air in the system. Or sometimes leaks can appear from nowhere. We can investigate and find the source of the problem, and work with you to fix it. Sometimes it’s just not economical to fix the problem and in that case, we will always give you our best advice, whether that’s to repair or replace the part that has gone wrong.

All gas appliances need regular servicing
Much like a car, gas appliances need regular servicing to keep them working at their best and reduce the risk of them going wrong - leaving you without heating or hot water.
As well as your boiler, don’t forget your other gas appliances - like your cooker and gas hob, gas fire, warm air units and unit heaters. It is recommended that all of these appliances are serviced annually.
